Wow!! HirePOS, what a powerful Rental business program you have developed. For some time we have been looking for an affordable, non complicated multi-user program, with comprehensive reporting and superior client support suitable for the Party and Event industry. Guess what, we found it, and more. Here are some of the requirements we requested in no specific order - 1) A superior Booking AND Availability screen!! We received a window that shows days and weeks in real time of what jobs and equipment is required and flags us to any double bookings. 2) A custom invoice that our staff and customers can easily read. 3) A program that was very flexible and be then locked down to suit our invoice security procedures. 4) A multi-user program that does not come with all the expensive user licenses, and can be networked to give us Front Counter and integrated Back Office solutions. 5) A staff friendly easy to use contract screen. Our staff were able to Book and Write contracts with just 30 minutes training. I could just keep going on, the client support from Pete and Shayne has been absolutely Outstanding in both Phone support and Internet, not even a simple question is scoffed at. Our business has been using HirePOS for 12 months now and I do not know how we coped without it in the past. When we first started using HirePOS we were going through an expansion and rebranding phase of our development and this amazing software made the transition so smooth and easy and it has continued to provide an efficient and very user friendly hire control and database system for all our staff to use. The initial package is extremely extensive and the ability to add industry specific modules as required is fantastic. After using HirePOS for both of our hire businesses for over eighteen months we are now wondering how on earth we managed without it! We chose HirePOS, after looking at most of the hire packages available, due to its greater flexibility especially in the pricing, reporting and freight areas – with ease of use and a very competitive price being a bonus. Also very important to us were the layouts of our invoices and daily freight sheets, both of which were required to include quite specific details. These were customised to our exact needs and at a very reasonable cost.
