Customer identification

Avoid double-ups

When adding in new customers, HirePOS® will crosscheck against other customers and contacts to ensure the customer has not been set up previously. Company names and contacts are crosschecked, with the option to also crosscheck phone numbers and driver license numbers.

Separate customers into cash and account, and specify credit limits and payments terms so you can chase up late payments with auto-reminders or using the payments outstanding feature.
