Check availability for single items, grouped items, bulk items, and packages. View in hour, week, or month format, and drill down to view full booking details as needed. Add items to the cart as you go, and create new bookings from the cart to save time.
Double Booking Check
HirePOS® automatically crosschecks other bookings and maintenance services to avoid any clashes. You can even check all forward bookings in bulk from time to time to ensure you follow up on any stock required for future bookings.
Cross Hire
Hire out inventory from other suppliers and track commission owed to the owner.
Stand Downs
Stand down equipment for a period of time due to inclement weather and so on, and have this time deducted from the billable hire period.
Off Hires
Equipment can be off hired to finish the billing period, with an automatic reminder for the equipment to be picked up and returned as soon as possible.
Lag Time
Add lag time before and after hires to block out availability due to delivery or cleaning and preparation, without affecting the billable hire period.
